About this book

Twenty-five complete holiday reminiscence sessions for care home activity teams, one for every season of the year. Each session is written to be picked up and run with about ten minutes of preparation.

Every session includes a timed plan from welcome to close, large-print talking points to read aloud, a reminiscence activity for the group or one-to-one, music, scents, and objects that spark memory, and a session record to note what worked. No jargon, and made to be read easily during a session.
